Guarantee Policy
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card valid at the date of the start of your stay, unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation Policy
No cancellation charge applies prior to 18:00 (local time), up to 1 day prior to arrival. Beyond that time, the first night will be charged.

Special requirements
A fee will be charged at hotel establishments in the Emirate of Dubai for all stays as of 31/03/2014. This fee called “Tourism Dirham” will be collected by the hotel at checkout and chargeable per night per bedroom for bookings made for 1st January 2018

Children Policy
Accommodation and breakfast are free for 3 children under 12 years sharing parents room.

Specific Taxes and Fees
