Deposit Policy

DEPOSIT SCHEDULE

For bookings 61 days and above prior to arrival date, below deposit policy will be applied:

Holding and Non –refundable deposit – 30% of total estimated cost – up on contract signature.

A deposit of 30% of the total estimated cost to be received 90 days prior to the date of arrival.

A deposit of 20% of the total estimated cost to be received 60 days prior to the date of arrival.

A deposit of 20% of the total estimated cost to be received 30 days prior to the date of arrival.

The balance of the account is to be paid at the conclusion of the event, prior to departure from the hotel.

For bookings 60 days and below prior to arrival date, below deposit policy will be applied:

To confirm your booking, we require a non-refundable holding deposit representing 50% of the total estimated cost to be received together with the signed contract by the release date.

If the acknowledgment copy is not received by this date, the Hotel reserves the right to release all function rooms held.

A deposit of 50% of the total estimated cost to be received 30 days prior to the date of arrival.

The balance of the account is to be paid at the conclusion of the event, prior to departure from the hotel.
