New Year's Eve Gala Dinner : Dahlia

The final evening of the year calls for a table set with intention.

On 31 December, Dahlia welcomes guests to a New Year’s Eve gala dinner where exceptional ingredients and live culinary stations set the tone for the night ahead.

The international buffet features Dibba Bay oysters, lobster, king crab and Sevruga caviar with blinis. French artisan cheeses, live carving and grill stations, salmon coulibiac and a Parmesan pasta wheel bring variety and theater to the experience.

An elaborate collection of French patisserie provides the finishing touch as midnight approaches and Downtown Dubai prepares to welcome a new year.
